One person,in Wilmington.
The person who diagnoses the problem is the person who builds the fix. One line of accountability from the first conversation to launch. Nothing is lost in a handover, and you always know who is responsible for the work.

Where this started
I was studying Marketing in college while working for my father’s business. I had already spent years paying attention to content, trends, and what makes people stop, click, and care, so marketing was the direction that made the most sense to me.
It began because I wanted to help his business grow. Once I could actually see the difference that better positioning, a stronger website, and more intentional marketing could make, it stopped feeling like a school subject or a side project.
It became something I wanted to keep doing for other businesses.
What Kreated is
A founder-led digital marketing agency that designs and builds websites, and the local search and brand work around them, for businesses whose online presence has fallen behind the quality of their actual work.
There are seven services. Most businesses need two or three of them, and the reason they sit together is practical rather than philosophical: the same decisions keep coming up in each one, and splitting them across three vendors is usually why the last attempt did not hold together.
Who it works with
Documented from real engagements, not from a target persona exercise.
- Local service businesses Contractors and trades: work where the customer compares a few options and hires whoever looks most capable.
- Businesses with a site that has aged out Something that was fine to launch with and now argues against the quality of the work it is supposed to represent.
- Founders and small practices Where the person you talk to is the person who does the job. That cuts both ways, and it is why this practice is built the same way.
The problem it exists for
The customers this work is for are usually better at their job than their online presence suggests. The pain is not “I need a website”. It is being judged as smaller and less capable than you are, by someone who spent forty seconds deciding.
That is a solvable problem, and it is mostly not an aesthetic one. It is structure, clarity, and being findable at the moment somebody is looking.
What a website is for
A website should do more than look good.
A lot of businesses have been taught to judge a website by how polished it looks. That matters, but appearance alone does not create growth. Too much of the industry prioritizes appearance or deliverables without enough attention to business outcomes.
A beautiful website with no visibility, no clear message, and no path to action can still do nothing for the business behind it.
I look at a website as a business tool. It should help people understand what you do, trust you, find you, and take the next step.
That is the standard I build around.
Why marketing is not separate from it
Marketing is what creates the opportunity for growth.
If nobody sees the business, the business has fewer chances to win the customer.
A business can have a great product, strong service, and years of experience, but none of that matters if the right people never see it.
More attention creates more opportunities to earn trust, generate inquiries, and win customers. That is why I do not separate a website from the marketing around it.
The website is the tool. Marketing is what puts people in front of it.
Marketing is not optional for growth. If a business wants more customers, it needs more attention, more trust, and more opportunities to be chosen.
Working directly with me
You work directly with the person building it.
Kreated is founder-led and intentionally hands-on.
There is no account manager translating your goals to another team. There is no handoff where important context gets lost. Every part of the project comes through me, which means I know what was decided, why it was decided, and what still needs attention.
I think of it the same way I think about trusting someone with a car. I would rather know who is working on it and understand what is being done than hand it off and receive a report afterward without really knowing what happened in between.
That direct relationship makes the process more personal, but more importantly it keeps responsibility clear.
I do not look at clients as transactions. I look at the businesses I work with as partners.
The best part of the work is seeing something we built together actually make a difference: stronger presentation, better visibility, more trust, better leads, or simply giving the owner a system they finally feel confident sending people to.
I want clients to be proud they chose Kreated, see progress in the business, and feel like the process was smooth from beginning to end. That matters more to me than finishing another website.
What to expect
- Scope and price in writing, before anything starts Standard website projects are 50% to start and 50% before launch. Most take about 1–2 weeks, depending on scope, feedback, and how quickly the content and assets arrive.
- A client portal for every engagement You get a login to KreatedOS, Kreated’s client portal: where the project stands, your tasks, finished files to download, messages and invoices, in one place instead of scattered across email.
- You own what was made for you After final payment, the finished website and the design and content created specifically for your project are yours.
- Nothing gets claimed that cannot be shown There are no invented numbers anywhere on this site. Where a result exists it is labeled and dated; where it does not, the page says so. Work is where that is easiest to check.
