What the site loads

The fonts, images and the site's own scripts are served from this domain. Two outside services also load, through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used:

• Google Analytics, which counts visits and the handful of events listed below.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so confusing pages can be found and fixed.

Both set cookies: _ga and _ga_ENJ4QV1FQX for Google Analytics, _clck and _clsk for Clarity. There is no embedded map, video player, chat widget or social button.

The package builder and the audit also keep your selections in your browser's session storage, so they carry over to the contact form. That is cleared when you close the tab.

What the forms collect

Two forms exist, and each collects only what it shows you:

Start a project

Name, business, email, phone, website, what you need, an approximate range, and anything you write in the message box.

Free website audit

Name, business, email, phone, website, and the problem you describe.

On the project form only the name and email are required. On the audit only the website and your name are. Everything else is optional and both forms work without it.

Saved audit reports

Every completed audit is saved so it has a link you can send to someone. The saved report holds what the audit found about the website: the address, the pages read and the findings. It never holds your name, email, phone, business name or anything you typed into the form.

Anyone with the link can open the report. Links are long and random, and reports are not listed or indexed anywhere. Each one is deleted after 180 days. To have one deleted sooner, send the link to contact@kreated.dev.

Where a submission goes

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are read by Skyler Reyes. Replies come from contact@kreated.dev. Nothing you send is sold, and nothing is passed to an advertiser or a data broker.

If you give an email address, an automatic confirmation is sent to it through Resend, an email delivery service. To stop the form being used to email other people, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of the address with the time of the last confirmation, never the address itself.

What you send is also copied into Kreated’s own customer records (KreatedOS, stored with Supabase) so an inquiry is followed up rather than left in an inbox. It is visible only to Skyler.

What is measured

Google Analytics records page visits and seven named events: a form sent, an audit started and finished, the package builder started and finished, a hand-off from a tool to the contact form, and a click on a main button. The form event carries the name of the form, which page it was sent from, and two yes/no flags: whether a website and a phone number were filled in.

None of these events carry your name, your email, your phone number or anything you wrote.

Asking about your information

Email contact@kreated.dev and ask what has been kept, or ask for it to be deleted.
