Recent work

What it is

Found at the moment someone nearby is looking

Local SEO makes a business findable in the map results, the ordinary search results, and the answers that increasingly sit above both. Most of the decision happens before anyone calls.

What Kreated handles

Four parts that move together

It is not one task, which is why the monthly programs cover them together.

The Google Business Profile

Categories, services, description, service area, hours and photos put right. Often what buyers see before the website.

Service and location pages

One page per service or genuine market, built only where there is enough that is specifically true to fill it.

The site itself

Structure, internal linking, the words on the page, and the technical setup that lets it be read correctly.

Measurement

Conversion events that record a lead as a lead: how many got in touch, from where, and which pages did the work.

How it runs

Foundation first, then every month

Timeline: set by the scope agreed in writing before anything starts

  1. UnderstandAuditWhere the profile, the pages and the listings stand today.
  2. BuildFix the foundationThe profile corrected and the pages that carry a service or a place.
  3. VerifyConsistencyBusiness information checked and cleaned up across the listings.
  4. ImproveMonthlyContinuing work, with reporting tied to calls and forms.

Each step sits inside one of the five in the Method.

Who it’s for

Three shapes of engagement

Contractors and home-service companies are the specialty; the same work suits any local business whose customers search before they call.

Maintenance

Local Presence

$500/mo

Fits a business that
is already visible, and the job is keeping it that way
What changes
Foundation kept accurate, profile fed, nothing decays. Not a program of new pages.

Continuous work

Local Growth

$900/mo

Fits a business that
is worth defending, against competitors doing the same work
What changes
Full existing-page SEO, ongoing keyword research and conversion work.

Several services or cities

Market Expansion

from $1,500/mo

Fits a business that
treats organic search as a growth channel
What changes
New work each month, where demand justifies it.

Everything each plan includes and excludes is on the pricing page.

Every project is scoped and priced in writing before it begins.

What this is not

Stated plainly

Not advertisingNothing here buys clicks. Paid search is a different budget, and it stops the day you stop paying for it.
Not a ranking promiseNo position is guaranteed, by Kreated or by anyone who tells you otherwise. What is offered is the work, and honest reporting.
Not mass-produced pagesA page for every town within fifty miles is a well-known tactic and a bad one. Where a page cannot earn its place, it is not built.
Not a lock-inBilled monthly in advance. Local Growth has a three-month initial commitment, month-to-month after; the other two have no initial term.

“Pool leak detection”

A dated observation rather than a guarantee: one measurement on one day, recorded so it can be checked rather than taken on trust. The full project record.

Leak Locators East Coast: Google Search Console impressions per day, with the May 11 redesign and the August 15 SEO expansion marked

Leak Locators East Coast, Google Search Console impressions per day, published with the business’s approval. The two dates mark the work; that is a timeline, not proof that either caused a change. An impression is an appearance in results, not a visit.

We’ve had a great experience working with Kreated. They rebuilt our website for Leak Locators East Coast and have helped us improve our SEO, Google Business Profile, and overall presence online.

It did take about a month before we started seeing a noticeable increase, but since then we’ve definitely seen more leads and actual jobs coming in through Google. That was the biggest thing for us. A better looking website is great, but seeing it actually start bringing in more business is what made the difference.

The website is much more professional, easy to use, and does a much better job explaining what we do and the areas we serve. Skyler is very responsive and continues to make improvements instead of just finishing the site and moving on.

We’re very happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend Kreated to any local business looking for a better website, stronger SEO, and more leads!!

Questions

Local SEO, answered

How is this different from the SEO in a website project?

A website project launches the site search-ready: titles, headings, clean URLs, a sitemap and Search Console, plus keyword mapping and internal linking on a Growth build. That is the foundation, and it is finished when the site launches. Local SEO is the work that continues afterward, adding pages where demand appears, keeping the structure coherent as the business changes, and watching what search actually does with it.

Will you guarantee a position on the first page?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Positions are decided by Google, they move, and no agency controls them. What can be committed to is the work: the pages, the structure, the relevance signals and the monitoring.

How many location pages will you build?

As many as there is real demand for, and no more. A Growth website project includes up to two service or location pages where the demand supports them; the ongoing program adds others as they are justified. A page for every town within an hour’s drive is a well-known way to make a site worse.

Do I need this if I already have a good website?

Not automatically. If the site is well structured and you are already found for the work you want, the honest answer is to leave it alone. It is worth doing when there are searches you should be answering and no page that answers them.

What does it cost, and is it monthly?

The foundations are built inside a website project: a Growth build, from $2,950, includes the keyword research, the mapping and the technical groundwork. The continuing program is Local Growth at $900/month, on a three-month initial commitment and month-to-month after that. Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before it starts.

What do I actually get each month?

Reporting covers the work completed, changes in search and visibility, any relevant observations about the profile and the search results, the next priorities, and anything that needs a decision from you. Where something is not measurable, it is not reported as though it were. There is no ranking promise, no lead target and no growth percentage attached to the program. What is committed to is the work and an honest account of it.

Can I see this working on a real site?

The page architecture above is from Leak Locators East Coast, and every page in it is live and checkable. One boundary worth stating plainly: that engagement’s scope includes ongoing monthly SEO, but the structure shown was built inside the website project. It is not presented as a result of the monthly work.

How long before anything changes?

For most local service businesses, early movement tends to appear between three and six months, with more meaningful change over six to twelve. Competitive categories take longer. Profile activity such as calls and direction requests usually moves before any position does. That is a general pattern rather than a promise about a particular business, and it assumes the foundations are in place first.

Does my website or my Google profile do more of the work?

They do different jobs. The website carries service and location relevance, the content that answers what people search for, and the structure connecting it. The profile carries the business presence in maps and local results: categories, hours, services, reviews and local prominence. Neither substitutes for the other, which is why they are priced separately .
