The situation
A remodel is a planned, high-trust purchase. The buyer takes weeks to decide, compares more than one contractor, and chooses mostly on finished work they can see.
The capability was never the question. The website was: it had to show the work well enough to hold up on the second and third visit, when the homeowner is comparing estimates and deciding who to trust with the house.
The services are as Rare Raleigh lists them on its live site, checked September 10, 2026. How a remodeling client decides is general to the trade, not something measured on this project.

How the site is built
The decisions behind the structure, not a style description.
The site is organized around the way a remodeling client actually decides: over several visits, often with someone else, comparing contractors. That put three things first — what the business builds, where it works, and how to ask for an estimate — and gave the finished projects their own place rather than a corner of the homepage.
The contact path is the same on every screen size rather than collapsing into a menu on a phone. A homeowner who is ready to ask for an estimate should never have to hunt for how, and it is the decision most often gotten wrong by templates that treat a phone as a narrow desktop.
Services are separate, named pages rather than a list on one page, so each one can be found and compared on its own terms. That is also what makes the ongoing search work possible: there is somewhere for it to point.
