The situation

A leak is found by someone who works a service area, not a storefront. The business needed a website that could speak to a specific town as easily as it speaks to the whole coast. And a public profile that says the same things the website does.

What Kreated delivered

The website, the profile that points at it, and the work that continues on both.

As counted on September 11, 2026, across both sites. A count of pages, not a measure of performance.

  1. Kreated’s first redesign of the site went live.

    Stated by Skyler Reyes.

  2. The first real search expansion of the site began.

    Stated by Skyler Reyes.

  3. One site for both states: 10 service pages and 29 location pages across coastal North Carolina and Florida.

Counted from the live sitemap at leaklocatorseastcoast.com.

  4. Florida moved to its own site, leaklocatorsfl.com, with its own phone number. Every former Florida address on the North Carolina site now redirects there.

Checked on both sites on September 11, 2026.

  5. North Carolina: 13 service-area pages and 10 service pages. Florida: 15 service-area pages, Melbourne as its homepage, and 11 service pages.

Counted from the live sitemaps at leaklocatorseastcoast.com and leaklocatorsfl.com.

  6. A visual overhaul of both sites went live. The desktop and phone captures at the top of this page were retaken from the live site the same day.

    Captured from leaklocatorseastcoast.com.

  7. Six months of Google web search, March 9 to September 8, 2026: 10,293 impressions and 130 clicks, from 368 different searches. Of the 53 clicks Search Console attributes to a search, 42 were for the business by name.

Google Search Console for leaklocatorseastcoast.com, exported September 11, 2026, and published with the business’s approval. Until 9 September the site carried both states. The May and August entries above let the months be lined up with the work; that is a timeline, not proof that either caused a change. An impression is an appearance in results, not a visit, and it moves for more reasons than any one piece of work.

Dated observation

Checked on August 2, 2026: #2 for “Pool leak detection” in Wilmington, NC.

Not a guarantee. It applies to that query, that location and that date only. Rankings change, and it implies nothing for any other business.

One observation, on one date, recorded as it was found.

A disclosure. Leak Locators East Coast is a family business — it is owned by J.R. Reyes, and Skyler is family. That is why every claim on this page is stated so it can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Nothing else is claimed. There is no lead count and no revenue attribution for this project, and nothing on this page says the work caused a number to move, because none of that has been measured.

Thirty service areas, and why that is hard

The structural problem this project set.

Pool leak detection is a traveling trade. The business serves close to thirty distinct service areas across two states, which means thirty places somebody might search from and thirty ways to be invisible.

The obvious approach — a page for every town, each one a copy with the name swapped — is a well-known tactic and a bad one. It produces pages nobody would call anything but thin, and it asks a search engine to treat near-duplicates as thirty distinct answers.

What was built instead is a structure where coverage is stated where it is true and pages exist where there is genuinely enough to fill them. That is a slower answer and a defensible one. The same rule is written into how local SEO is sold here: a location page that earns its place needs real local relevance, real service relevance and content nobody would call thin, or it is not built.

The same reasoning split the project in September 2026. Two states, two phone numbers and two Google profiles are easier to state plainly on two sites than to reconcile on one, so Florida now has its own.
