What it is

Accounts that don’t go quiet

Social media management is the work of keeping a business’s Facebook, Instagram and short-video accounts active with posts worth looking at: edited, captioned, scheduled and published every month.

Plenty of customers look a business up on Facebook or Instagram before they call, to see recent work and whether the business is still active. An account that last posted two years ago answers that question badly, however good the work is.

This is the organic side of social media marketing: the business’s own accounts, kept active every month. Paid social advertising is not part of it.

The monthly output

Twelve posts, four videos

Across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok or YouTube Shorts.

An example month, the same output in both options. Illustrative layout, not a client account.

Two options

You film, or Kreated films

The difference is who makes the photos and footage, not how much is posted.

You film

Social Management

$900/mo

You send the photos and footage; Kreated does everything after that.

  • Your footage edited into posts and videos
  • A caption for every post
  • Scheduled and posted

Kreated films

Social Production

$1,800/mo

Everything in Social Management, plus the content planned and made by Kreated.

  • Content ideas and planning
  • Photography and video by Kreated
  • The same twelve posts and four videos

Both run on a three-month initial commitment, then month to month. Details on the pricing page.

How it runs

Set up once, then every month

Set-up: 2–4 days then ongoing, depending on scope

  1. DecideSet-upAccounts, access and the plan for the month.
  2. BuildFootageSent in by you, or filmed by Kreated.
  3. BuildEdit and captionPosts and short videos, with a caption for each.
  4. ImproveSchedule and postOn a schedule, so the accounts do not go quiet.

Each step sits inside one of the five in the Method.

Every project is scoped and priced in writing before it begins.

Who it’s for

Who each option is for

And what it will not do.

Social Management suits a business that already takes photos and video on the job and has nobody with time to turn them into posts. Social Production suits a business where nobody will film consistently, or where the work deserves better pictures than a phone in a hurry.

It is not a follower guarantee. What a platform shows, and who follows, likes or calls, is not in anyone’s control. Posting consistently, with content worth looking at, is.

It is not paid advertising. Both options are organic posting on the business’s own accounts. Nothing here buys reach.

It is not a substitute for a website. A post sends someone looking; the website and the Google Business Profile are usually where they decide.

Questions

Social media, answered

Do I have to film anything?

That depends on which option you choose. With Social Management, you and your crew take the photos and clips on the job and send them over, and Kreated edits, captions, schedules and posts them. With Social Production, Kreated also plans the content and does the photography and video.

Which platforms does it cover?

Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok or YouTube Shorts for short video. The same platforms in both options.

How much gets posted?

Twelve posts and four short videos a month, in both options. The difference between them is who makes the photos and footage, not how much is posted.

What does it cost?

Social Management is $900/month: you send the photos and footage, and Kreated edits, captions and posts them. Social Production is $1,800/month and adds content ideas, photography and video by Kreated. Both run on a three-month initial commitment and month-to-month after that. Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before it begins.

Can you guarantee followers, likes or leads?

No. What a platform shows and who follows, likes or calls is not in anyone’s control, and nothing on this site promises it. What is in Kreated’s control is posting consistently, on schedule, with content worth looking at.

Does this include paid ads?

No. Both options are organic posting on the business’s own accounts. Paid social advertising is not part of either.
